One of Kalamazoo Wraps main goals is to ensure that the System of Care becomes more Youth Guided. We value the experience and expertise of our young people and we work diligently to help them become meaningful and valued team members in the improvement of our System of Care.

In order to fully implement the Youth guided component into Kalamazoo Wraps, we have organized “Calling All Youth”, our Youth Advisory board.

We also offer youth leadership activities which teach independence, self advocacy, respect, responsibility and of course, leadership. These activities also improve skills of public speaking, team work, professionalism, job readiness and success! Most importantly, these activities are jam-packed with adventure and FUN!
