The Governance Board for Kalamazoo Wraps is the Integrative Action Team (IAT). This team, composed of parents, youth, providers, and community representatives, is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the entire Kalamazoo Wraps process. Meeting monthly, members will use a consensus method to make decisions about policies, budgets, and other issues that affect the entire initiative.
