Kalamazoo Wraps has eight workgroups that are vital to furthering the work of improving
the system of care in our community. The Integrative Action Team is responsible for
overseeing the implementation of the entire Kalamazoo Wraps Process. The Management Team,
composed primarily of grant staff, is responsible the day to day management of all grant
activities.
Below is a list of additional workgroups and their schedules. All Kalamazoo
Wraps workgroups need active participation and involvement from parents, youth, and members
of our community. New members are always welcome! If you are interested in participating on
